Located on San Augustine Drive, this project called for careful structural planning given the site’s hillside terrain, work led in-house by a licensed Professional Engineer before a single foundation was poured.
From framing through final finishes, the build was managed with the documentation and scheduling discipline ARZ brings from its public-works background, keeping the project on track from start to finish.
