ARZ Associates was founded by Harut, a Professional Engineer and Class B general contractor with years of construction management on large-scale public works projects. That background brings discipline most residential contractors do not have: documentation, scheduling, and structural judgment as a daily habit.

A PE on the team means structural questions get answered properly, not rounded off or punted to a subcontractor. ARZ partners with a dedicated architect of record on every design-build project, keeping design and construction professionally accountable to each other.

RFIs, submittals, schedule updates, and clean closeout packages are part of the way we run work. The public-works discipline behind ARZ Associates is now applied to residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California.
